RFM diversifies into agribusiness, establishing its first commercial feed mill. |

Don Salvador Araneta transfers the reins of RFM to Jose Concepcion Jr. |
| 1973 |
The Board of Investments approves RFM's licensing agreement with Swifts and Co. of the US, the world's leading meat processing company. |

Jose Maria Concepcion III assumes the position of President & CEO of RFM. |
| 1990 |
RFM acquires soft drinks maker Cosmos Bottling Corp. and ice cream maker Selecta. |
| 1991 |
RFM lists its shares on the Philippine Stock Exchange. |
| 1994 |
Selecta, Swift and Cosmos lists their shares on the Philippine Stock Exchange. |

RFM acquires majority control of Pacific Semiconductors, Inc., which has since been renamed as PSI Technologies, Inc. |

RFM diversifies into real estate development and forms RFM Properties and Holdings, Inc. which has been since renamed as Philippine Township, Inc. |

RFM forms RFM Equities, Inc. |
| 1996 |
RFM diversifies into banking and establishes Consumer Savings Bank. |

Cosmos Bottling signs a joint venture agreement with P.T. Tirta Investama of Indonesia and forms Filipinas Water Bottling Co., Inc. to manufacture and sell bottled mineral water.
RFM acquires the franchise for Orange Julius , a popular snacks retailer. |

RFM acquires the franchise for Little Caesars Pizza. |
| 1998 |
Selecta enters into a joint venture agreement with Unilever Philippines, Inc. and forms Selecta Wall's, Inc. to manufacture and sell ice cream. |
| 2000-2001 |
To focus on its core businesses, RFM sells its interests in Consumer Bank and PSI Technologies. RFM also sells Cosmos Bottling to beverage and food conglomerate San Miguel and The Coca-Cola Co. |
| 2001 |
RFM enters into a joint venture agreement with Uni-President of Taiwan on the manufacture of noodles. |

RFM and Iglo Sdn Bhd form a joint venture to establish an integrated cold storage chain facility, the first of its kind in the Philippines. |
| 2003 |
RFM celebrates its 45th year, working towards reestablishing its core businesses - stronger, better and more vibrant food brands; and building a "new RFM" - the Branded Food Company. |
